Banana shake everyone knows, I set up a bit and made a banana-ginger shake. I skipped the sugar and replaced the agave syrup. Of course, it also contains turmeric, not only for color, but also for superfood trends. I also really like turmeric, preferably fresh! So here’s a chance to use it again. A special hit though is the soft but juicy basil seeds!
Banana Ginger Shake Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 lemon
- 20 g of ginger
- 5 g of fresh turmeric or 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 5 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp basil seeds
Preparation of banana ginger anchovy:
Shake preparation is absolutely simple and fast. First, squeeze the lemon and peel the banana. Both are placed in a thermomix or in a tall vessel in which everything takes place to be processed later with a hand blender. Ginger and turmeric should be peeled, then cut into small pieces and add the bananas. Now add the agave syrup and milk. Now everything is mixed properly. In a thermomix for about 1.5 minutes on the 8th level, with a sink blender for a while, until the ginger becomes nice and small enough to drink. Of course, you can also use a blender. (If you do not like ginger and turmeric fibers, you can now put everything in a fine sieve.) Now add the basil seeds, for about 10 minutes they should be ground in a colander. Enjoy!
